Beneficiary Management
A module that manages the past aid received and current needs of people in need.

The Beneficiary Management Module enables NGOs/associations and foundations to centrally and securely manage all data of individuals and families they support in their social assistance processes. Processes such as investigation, donation decisions, aid types, and interview/document tracking are digitized, increasing transparency, traceability, and effectiveness.
The investigation for a newly added person in need in the aid system is carried out through task management. The investigation date, evaluation notes, interview records, visits made, and observations are recorded in the system; these evaluations are used as a basis for donation decisions to be made for the said person in need within the board of directors/general assembly. Quick and easy access is provided to the donation decisions made by the management for the individual and/or family and all aids provided to the relevant individual and/or family. The module offers a holistic and digital management infrastructure in social assistance processes in line with the principles of transparency and traceability, in accordance with national legislation and good practice standards.
