The Operation Management and Tracking System (OTS) is a digital transformation software that allows companies to manage and track their existing operations on a process-based level. OTS enables companies to manage, monitor, analyze, and report all their administrative and technical operations in an integrated, data-driven manner. It integrates Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Project Management software on a single platform.
