The Branch Management Module is designed for NGOs/associations/foundations to centrally manage the operational, financial, and human resource processes of their local and international branches. Branch opening/closing processes, budget management, inventory tracking, and reporting are digitized to increase corporate efficiency.
The module, which allows for the implementation of budget, personnel, volunteer, project, inventory, procurement, and financial management on a branch basis, can also carry out inter-branch money/inventory/personnel transfers and basic branch processes.
It enables the determination of authority, budget, and limits on a branch basis, automatic notification assignment upon exceeding these limits, and informing the superior branch. With central control and a goal of transparent and compliant management, it provides a structure for scaling NGO activities in a data-driven manner.
