The Calendar and Meeting Management Module enables the central planning, monitoring, and management of all personal and corporate events, meetings, and resources of the institution. It offers end-to-end process management, from meeting room reservations to invitations and notifications, from meeting minutes to project integration.
Meeting and conference rooms are defined in the system; information such as capacity, branch/location, and equipment is recorded. Thus, availability and conflict situations can be viewed on the system based on room reservations.
Within meetings, agenda items, participants, and event types can be selected, and invitation links are sent to participants. After the meeting, the attendance status of participants, the attendee list, and the meeting result report/minutes can be associated. This creates a central and secure archive of all meeting decisions and minutes.
Quick access to past activities is provided through meeting management that can be associated with projects, events, and suppliers.
