Effectively Manage the Treatment of Cataract Patients
The Cataract Project Management Module is designed for NGOs/associations/foundations to digitally manage cataract surgery organizations, including planning, patient tracking, donor matching, and operational processes. All steps, from the targeted number of patients to post-operative follow-up, are tracked in an integrated manner.
After the country-based creation of the cataract project, the entire process, including needs analysis and patient selection, resource analysis (relevant responsible persons, suppliers, fund status, etc.), submission of the project for management approval, creation of designs, announcement of the campaign on relevant channels, collection of donations and matching patients with donors, and sending informational messages, progresses automatically through task management, thus ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the system.
Features such as status management of surgical operations, payments made to supplier companies, and detailed reporting are also available in the system.
