Operational efficiency is increased through automatic categorization of documents, version tracking, and cross-module integration.
All document activities carried out through the system, such as receipts (donation receipts, payment receipts), purchasing documents (invoices, delivery notes, quotes, etc.), contracts, orphan cards, and project-based documents, are automatically classified, and access and authorization levels are determined. Quick access is provided to all documents in the relevant category (e.g., quotes, orphan cards, etc.). A manual document and folder addition infrastructure is also available, and institutional memory for the organization is systematically created.
