Donation Box
Manage all processes of donation boxes digitally on a single platform.
The Donation Box Management Module is designed for NGOs/associations/foundations to digitally manage the tracking of location-based distributed donation boxes, collection processes, and cost analyses. The distribution of donation boxes, fullness tracking, collection operations, and reporting are integrated on a single platform.
All information regarding donation boxes (date given, collection times, amounts, etc.) will be available on the system; the donation collection operation will be systemized in line with the Donation Box Collection task. Integrated with the website, a task will be assigned to the responsible person in line with the "Collect Donation Box" request, and tracking on a per-donation-box basis will be provided. Periodically, the donation box collection operation can be defined in the system, and an automatic donation collection task will be created. Within the scope of donation box distribution, the relevant procurement and operational costs will also be integrated into the system.
