The Donor Management Module is an integrated system that allows a non-governmental organization to manage its individual and corporate donors in a central and effective way. In addition to storing detailed donor information, the module comprehensively records donations made, sponsorships, communication history, documents, and payment history. It also increases transparency and trust by providing special online access for donors.
All information regarding donors is recorded with this module. Easy and fast access is provided to all donations in all categories made by the donor, all meetings held with the donor, and all documents belonging to the donor.
Tracking of orphan and scholarship sponsorships is ensured, and the payment status and amount are monitored throughout the sponsorship period. KPIs and statistics are analyzed on a donor basis with detailed reporting.
Donors can log in to the panel with the donor role using their own accounts and view their information transparently. Settings such as password and SMS notification settings, and communication preferences can be adjusted through the system.
