Event Management

It provides for the planning, execution, and reporting of social activities in a digital environment.

 

The Event Management Module enables the digital planning, execution, and reporting of all social activities carried out within the association (camps, hikes, picnics, talks, organizations, book readings, youth activities, search and rescue, etc.). Event managers, partner organizations, participants, costs, and reporting processes are managed in an integrated manner.

Before the event, processes such as assigning responsibilities, budget and cost analysis, and determining the event type, location, and quota can be carried out through the system during the planning phase. During the implementation of the planned event, purchasing activities, participant registration, collection of feedback, and archiving of related photos and video resources are performed. Access to past records is provided for all events.
