The Financial Management Module centrally and integrally manages all of the institution's payment, income, expense, budget, debt/receivable, check/promissory note, and bank transactions. It provides transparency, traceability, and control in financial processes through project and fund-based accruals, detailed financial reporting, and automatic bank integration.
Real-time financial status and cash flow tracking are ensured, and all financial processes are managed centrally and integrally.
The Payments sub-module, which is integrated with the Purchasing and Aid Management modules, enables the execution and tracking of related payments, while also allowing for the tracking of Administrative Payments (Personnel, Invoices, etc.).
Income and expense categories are dynamically defined and classified through the system and work in an integrated manner with fund and payment management.
