Fund Management
It is the module where institutions' fund-related activities are carried out in an integrated manner.
The Fund Management Module centrally and transparently manages all funds/accounts, income-expense transactions, matching with projects and campaigns, bank/cash integration, and reporting for NGOs/associations and foundations. All financial processes are digitized through the correct transfer of donations to the appropriate fund, inter-fund transfers, and manual and automatic transactions.
The management of all accounts of different bank/cash types is provided under this module, and projects and financial transactions (income, outcome, transfer) related to these accounts are carried out in an integrated manner. Automatic data retrieval is enabled through bank integration, and detailed reports for the fund/account are prepared. In line with the principle of central, transparent, and traceable management of donations and funds, the holistic management of fund activities is ensured.
Balance sheets are dynamically maintained on a fund basis as income/expense/net; upon request, real-time fund monitoring and tracking are performed through our Bank Integrations, and fund movements can be created through the system.
