Integrated Management of All Personnel-Related Processes

The Human Resources Management module enables you to manage the entire lifecycle of your company's personnel comprehensively and integrally. It increases the effectiveness of workforce management by digitizing key HR processes such as personnel administration, role and authorization definitions, leave tracking, employee records, payroll calculation, time and attendance control, and overtime and shift planning.
Detailed personnel records (ID, contact info, training, certifications, etc.) are securely stored in a database, and historical data can be tracked. The organizational chart, departments, and positions are defined; employees are assigned to this structure, and their leave, tasks, and payroll processes are managed on a role-based basis. Employee access rights and system actions are controlled through authorization and role management.
Leave management includes leave tracking, automated management of leave requests and approvals, and reporting. Employee records and payroll are managed, with integrations to accounting software provided.
Employee clock-in/out times, breaks, and rest periods are tracked. Overtime planning, overtime types, and approval processes are systematically handled. Shift management allows for the creation of flexible or fixed shift schedules for detailed control of working hours.
Employee performance goals are set, and evaluations and feedback are managed. Training needs analysis, training program planning, and attendance tracking are also conducted.
The Human Resources module works in full integration with other OTS modules (finance, production, sales, task management, etc.) to ensure data consistency.
