Inventory Management
It is the module where in-kind aids are taken into stock and stock management is provided.
Within inventory management, you can manage warehouse management activities within the NGO, manage stock status, and take incoming in-kind aids into your stock. You can define the warehouses you own and their technical information (capacity, etc.) in the system and perform stock tracking on a warehouse basis. You can track warehouse movements such as entry/exit/transfer within warehouse management and associate these activities with projects.
At the point of your aid distribution activities, you can check the products in your stocks and automatically deduct them if you provide aid from your stocks.
You can quickly learn the stock level in line with the Stock Code and categorization, and receive automatic notifications with the critical stock level definition for critical products.
You can manage your fixed assets and create a digital inventory of your fixed assets.
