The Meeting and Calendar Management module is a comprehensive solution that enables the effective, transparent, and organized management of all personnel's personal calendars, as well as group and project-based meetings in businesses.

The Calendar and Meeting Management Module allows for the central planning, monitoring, and management of all of the organization's personal and corporate events, meetings, and resources. It offers end-to-end process management, from meeting room reservations and invitations/notifications to meeting minutes and project integration.

Meeting and conference rooms are defined in the system, and information such as capacity, branch/location, and equipment is recorded. This allows for checking availability and conflicts through the system when making room reservations.

Agenda items, participants, and event types can be selected for meetings, and invitation links are sent to participants. After the meeting, attendance status, participant lists, and final reports/minutes can be associated. This creates a central and secure archive of all meeting decisions and minutes.

Meeting management, which can be linked to projects, events, and suppliers, provides quick access to past activities.
