You can add decisions made by the General and Management Boards to the system and track the entire process end-to-end by associating the decisions with their related activities. You can manage approval mechanisms for decisions and the implementation status of decisions. You can automatically archive decision minutes and ensure the preservation of corporate memory in a digital environment.
Within the Goal Management sub-module, you can set annual budget forecasts and targets based on categories and activities within the scope of NGO activities and compare them with actual data. Similarly, you can make comparisons with data from previous years.
Within the Organizational Chart sub-module, you can manage the department hierarchy and board member information.
