Data-Driven Orphan Sponsorship Management
The orphan management module provides integrated management of orphan information for NGOs, tracking of donor payments for orphans, and payments made to orphans.
In line with the processes defined in the system, the entire process is managed and tracked end-to-end, from entering the needs of orphans into the system to sending an email/message to the donor for the continuation of orphan payments after the project period. After the country-based creation of the orphan project, the entire process, including needs analysis and selection of orphans, resource analysis (relevant responsible persons, suppliers, fund status, etc.), submission of the project for management approval, creation of designs, announcement of the campaign on relevant channels, collection of donations and matching of orphans with donors, tracking of monthly payment status, and sending emails for project continuation, progresses automatically through task management, thus ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the system.
All donations received on a project basis and all donation payments made can be easily accessed on the project detail page through the system. The project's capacity in terms of people is increased, and a donor is automatically assigned when an orphan is added. Detailed information about the orphan is available in the system.
