The Production Management module is a critical component that manages and monitors all of the factory's production processes in a detailed and integrated end-to-end structure, ensuring production efficiency and cost control. This module offers a comprehensive solution, from the creation of production work orders to the realization of production and the delivery processes to the warehouse or customer.
Working in an integrated manner with the product management and machine management modules, it ensures the matching of bills of materials (BOM), machine stations, and machine groups; orders received from the incoming order management module are converted into production orders, thus enabling order-based production planning.
With production capacity and resource planning (MRP) functions, raw materials, materials, and labor are organized in the most optimal way. The real-time status of work orders is monitored through the creation of production work orders, the assignment of work orders to each machine on station-based screens, and the starting and completion of work orders by operators. The tracking of planned versus actual production numbers, and the detailed reporting of deviations and scrap quantities are ensured.
The production module provides full integration with modules such as product management, machine management, order management, and warehouse management; data consistency and operational coordination are maintained at a high level.
In terms of production cost and performance tracking, cost accounting is performed by taking into account materials, labor, machine usage times, and other expenses. Quality control and production performance measurements are carried out during production, and productivity KPIs are monitored.
