This module enables the project-based management of activities carried out within NGOs/Foundations/Associations on a country and activity category basis. It ensures the integrated, process-based management of projects and easy access to all project-related information.
The real-time status of projects can be easily tracked; and information regarding funds, payments, procurement, design, donors, documents, and tasks for projects will be quickly accessible in an integrated manner with other modules.
In the tasks assigned to relevant individuals throughout the defined processes, it is determined which jobs the responsible person will perform and what inputs they will enter into the system. Thus, a sustainable flow of data and information in projects is ensured. Furthermore, project management allows for an easy comparison between planned and actual results on a project basis.
