Quality Management System Compliant with Standards and Certifications
The Quality Management module is a comprehensive solution that manages and optimizes quality standards within the company's production processes through software. All quality activities, from post-production quality checks to order-based product inspections, are digitally monitored and reported via the system. The module provides integrated management of processes compliant with international standards such as AS9100, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO 9001, and ISO14001.
Company-specific quality processes are defined in the system to establish an end-to-end quality management system. In-process and final quality controls can be defined and implemented during the production phase. Quality control results are recorded in detail, and the progress of non-conforming products is blocked.
Quality control for incoming goods is conducted through the system, with non-conformities tracked and reported. The module supports the monitoring of quality standards throughout the supply chain, evaluation of supplier performance, and quality improvement processes.
All quality processes required by standards like AS9100, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO 9001, and ISO14001 are defined and automatically tracked within the module. Quality plans, control data, and documentation are stored centrally. Quality management documents, technical drawings, control plans, and certificates are archived securely and transparently. Full integration with production, purchasing, supplier management, and document management modules ensures holistic process tracking.
