Data-Driven Qurban Organization Management

The Qurban Management Module enables NGOs/associations/foundations to digitally plan their Aqiqah/Adak/Wajib qurban processes, conduct cost analysis, distribute shares, and track operations. All processes, from small/large livestock qurban targets to field activities, are managed in an integrated manner.
In line with the processes defined in the system, the entire process from the definition of the qurban project to sending the slaughter message to the donor is managed and tracked end-to-end. After the country-based creation of the qurban project, the entire process, including obtaining quotes from supplier companies and conducting price research, cost analysis (small/large livestock cost, transportation, personnel, logistics, other costs, institution share, risk share, cost analysis per share, etc.), submission of the project for management approval, creation of designs, announcement of the campaign on relevant channels, collection of donations and management of shares, assignment of field personnel, field operations (availability of documents, money entrustment, qurban slaughter, photo and video upload, qurban distribution, etc.), progresses automatically through task management, thus ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the system.
Shares are automatically matched with small and large livestock based on incoming donations, and manual share distribution is also carried out. After the qurban donation is received and the slaughter is performed, a message is automatically sent to the donor, and each donor can access the qurban slaughter video and photos through their own interface. After the project, a detailed comparison and reporting between planned and actual results are provided.
