Enable Effective Management of Scholarships Granted to Students
The scholarship management module provides integrated management of scholarship recipients' information for NGOs, tracking of donor payments for scholars, and payments made to scholars.
In line with the processes defined in the system, the entire process is managed and tracked end-to-end, from entering scholarship needs into the system to sending an email/message to the donor for the continuation of scholar payments after the project period. After the country-based creation of the scholarship project, the entire process, including needs analysis and selection of scholars, resource analysis (relevant responsible persons, suppliers, fund status, etc.), submission of the project for management approval, creation of designs, announcement of the campaign on relevant channels, collection of donations and matching scholars with donors, tracking of monthly payment status, and sending emails for project continuation, progresses automatically through task management, thus ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the system.
All donations received on a project basis and all donation payments made can be easily accessed on the project detail page through the system. The project's capacity in terms of people is increased, and a donor is automatically assigned when a scholar is added. Detailed information about the scholar is available in the system.
